Parenting can become particularly challenging when a child is experiencing persistent emotional, behavioral, social, or academic difficulties. Parenting counselling gives caregivers a supportive space to understand behavior, identify contributing factors, and develop more effective responses.
These online sessions are for parents and caregivers. We offer a confidential place to think about what your child may be communicating through behavior, and how family patterns, development, and current stressors shape what happens at home.
Counselling may focus on understanding the needs behind challenging behaviors, improving parent–child communication, developing consistent parenting strategies, and strengthening positive interactions. It can also help you navigate developmental and family transitions and support healthier family patterns.
The work is collaborative and developmentally informed.
