Individual Therapy

A private hour, just for you

Individual therapy is a regular online conversation with a psychologist. You bring what is on your mind — worry, mood, relationships, or a sense that something is off — and we look at it together, without rushing to tidy it away.

About

Individual Therapy

Online sessions with psychologist Minahil Babar — no clinic visit.

Individual therapy is the core of this practice. Sessions are one-to-one and online: you join by video from a room where you can speak freely. There is no clinic waiting room and no group of therapists rotating around you. You work with Minahil Babar.

People come for many reasons. Some have a clear difficulty, such as anxiety or low mood. Others feel stuck, restless, or tired of repeating the same pattern with partners, family, or themselves. You do not need a label to begin.

The work is conversational and paced. Early sessions usually focus on what brings you now, what you hope might feel different, and what already helps a little. Over time, therapy can become a place to notice how you protect yourself, how you relate, and what you want to try differently between meetings.

Therapy here is support, not a guarantee of a particular outcome. If something you are facing would be better served by another kind of care — for example medical review, crisis services, or in-person work — that can be named plainly so you are not left guessing.

No. This is psychological therapy and consultation. Medication, if relevant, is a conversation for a medical doctor or psychiatrist. Sessions here can sit alongside other care when that is appropriate.
