Grief and Life Transitions

When something has ended, or everything has shifted

Grief is not only bereavement. It can follow a breakup, a move, illness in the family, a role you lost, or a future that will not happen. Online sessions offer company for that disorientation.

About

Grief and Life Transitions

Online sessions with psychologist Minahil Babar — no clinic visit.

Life transitions — graduation, marriage, divorce, migration, becoming a parent, an empty house — can stir old feelings even when the change was chosen. You might feel numb, angry, relieved, and guilty in the same week.

In therapy there is no timetable for “moving on”. We make room for what was lost, what remains, and what you are being asked to become. Memories, rituals, and the practical mess of a changed life can all belong in the hour.

Support is psychological, not spiritual instruction, unless you want to bring your own beliefs into the conversation. You set that tone.

If grief is accompanied by a wish to not be alive, please reach for crisis support in your area as well. Scheduled therapy is one part of care, not an emergency service.
