Anxiety can be a racing mind, a braced body, or a life organised around avoiding what feels dangerous. Online sessions offer a calm place to look at that pattern and find more room to live.
Psychological support online with Minahil Babar — not a diagnosis factory, and not a clinic visit.
Anxiety is a common human response. It becomes a problem when it takes over sleep, relationships, work, or the ability to leave the house or send a message. You might know the fear is “too much” and still feel unable to stop it.
In therapy we describe how anxiety shows up for you without rushing to label it as a disorder. Support can include noticing triggers, the meaning you give to body sensations, and the strategies that help in the short term but keep the worry larger over time.
This is psychological support. It does not replace a medical opinion if you have symptoms that need checking, and it does not promise that anxiety will disappear.
